The West Somerset Brass Band recently returned from a much-anticipated visit to Saint Renan, Brittany, as part of the ongoing cultural exchange organized by the Watchet/Saint Renan Twinning Societies. This year's trip, which took place from August 21st to 25th, marked the band's return to France after a six-year hiatus due to the pandemic, and it was a resounding success.

YOUNGSTER Stan Reid has made a successful debut with the West Somerset Brass Band at the age of just 10.
Stan performed with the band on Easter Sunday in St Mary the Virgin Church, Nettlecombe, playing the euphonium.
